How to configuring account monitoring filters
Configure filters to focus account monitoring on the policy statuses and lines of business that matter most to your team
ReFocus AI lets you filter by policy status, policy types, and line of business. These values are dynamically pulled from your agency management system and include an new or custom values.
Configuring Policy Status Filters
Include any policy statuses that you want account monitoring to predict on.
In this example, we have excluded any expired or other irrelevant statuses where the account is no longer active.
Configure Policy Type Filters
Choose which policy types to include in account monitoring. This can be useful for only predicting on monoline type business.
Configure Line of Business Filters
By default, all lines of business are included. If a new line is detected during the course of normal operation, it will be automatically included with an email being triggered to the main agency contact.

Correctly selecting the right filters ensures that account monitoring works as expected. While part of the onboarding process, filters can be revised at any time.
