How to Find Your Agency Number in AMS360

Your AMS360 Agency Number is a unique identifier that allows integrations like ReFocus AI to connect seamlessly with your agency management system.

Option 1: Find Your Agency Number on the AMS360 Login Page

If you cannot access the Administration Panel, you can still locate your agency number directly from the AMS360 login page.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1️⃣ Open AMS360 and navigate to the login screen.
2️⃣ Look at the Agency ID field

3️⃣ Copy the numbers before and after the hyphen (-) as this is your Agency Number.

💡Please note that this only works if you have not enabled Single Sign-on (SSO) for your agency. 

Option 2: Locate Your Agency Number via Web Service API in AMS360

The Web Service API section in AMS360 provides direct access to your agency’s unique identifier. Here’s how to find it:

Step-by-Step Guide:

1️⃣ Log in to AMS360 using your administrator credentials.
2️⃣ Navigate to the "Administration" tab in the top navigation bar.
3️⃣ Under the Administration menu, select "General" settings.
4️⃣ Click on "Web Service API" from the list of available options.
5️⃣ Your Agency Number will be listed in this section. It typically follows this format: 1011888-1 (Numbers may vary based on your agency).
6️⃣ Make note of this number, as it will be required for integrations with platforms like ReFocus AI.

Important: You may need administrator permissions if you do not see the Web Service API option. Contact your AMS360 system administrator for assistance.
