# How to Create Your Agency Account on ReFocus AI
## This article shows you how to create a new agency account on ReFocus AI. Setup takes a few minutes. When you finish, your agency has its own ReFocus AI workspace and you are its first administrator.
### Before you begin
- Have a work email address on your agency's domain. Personal addresses such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and hotmail.com are not accepted.
- Make sure you can open the inbox for that address. You will need it to retrieve a verification code.
### Create your account
1. Go to [refocusai.com](https://refocusai.com/).
2. Click **Start Free Trial**. The button appears twice on the page: in the top right corner of the navigation bar and in the middle of the page. Either one opens the registration form.
3. On the registration form, enter the following:
- **Full Name:** your first and last name
- **Email:** your company email address
- **Company Name:** the name of your agency
- **Sub Domain:** optional
For example:

| Company Name | Best Ever Insurance Agency |
**Note:** Use an email address on your company's domain. Addresses from generic providers such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, or hotmail.com cannot be used.
4. Click **Create My Account**. ReFocus AI creates your agency's account and assigns you as its administrator.
5. Open your email. ReFocus AI sends you a message containing a verification code. Check the inbox of the address you entered, in Outlook, Gmail, or whichever email client you use, and copy the code.
6. Return to the verification screen, paste the code into the **Verification Code** field, and click **Verify Code**. Your account is now active and you land on the ReFocus AI dashboard.

7. The Terms and Conditions page opens. Review the terms and accept them. Once you accept, you land on the ReFocus AI dashboard and your account is ready to use.
8. If the code has expired, click **Resend email** on the verification screen. A new code is sent to your address. Verification codes expire after 24 hours.
### Troubleshooting
- **You do not see the email.** Check your spam or junk folder. Confirm that the address shown on the verification screen is correct.
- **You entered the wrong email address.** Click **Change it** on the verification screen and enter the correct address.
- **Your code has expired.** Click **Resend email** to receive a new one.
