Example Bug Report
Title
Duplicate entries in the churn report.
Description
The churn report is displaying duplicate entries for customers, leading to incorrect data insights.
Steps to Reproduce
Example:
- Navigate to the "Churn Report" sheet dated January 6, 2025.
- Search for John Smith
- View the customer churn details.
- Observe duplicate entries for the same customer ID.
Expected Behavior
Ex. Each customer ID should appear only once in the churn report for the selected date range.
Actual Behavior
Ex. Duplicate entries are displayed for the same customer ID, causing inflated churn numbers.
Customer and User Information
- Customer Name/ID: (Agency Name)
- User ID: 123
