Step 2: How to Set Up EZLynx Credentials + MFA Forwarding
Connect EZLynx to ReFocus so we can log in successfully for automated remarketing.
✅ Required access (stop if you don’t have this)
You should only proceed if you have:
-
✅ ReFocus Admin access
-
✅ A staff member’s EZLynx username + password
-
✅ Access to that staff member’s email forwarding settings (or IT support)
If you don’t, STOP and involve the right admin(s).
What you’ll need
➡️ Gather these first:
-
EZLynx Organization ID (find it here: https://knowledge.refocusai.com/how-to-find-your-ezlynx-organization-id)
-
EZLynx Username + Password (existing staff member login recommended)
-
Your dedicated MFA forwarding email (example: agency123-mfa@refocusai.com)
Step 1 — Open the EZLynx integration in ReFocus
In ReFocus, go to:
➡️ Settings ➡️ Integrations ➡️ EZLynx
Step 2 — Enter and save your EZLynx credentials
Enter:
-
EZLynx Organization ID
-
EZLynx Username
-
EZLynx Password
Then click Save.
Step 3 — Switch EZLynx MFA to email (required)
EZLynx can send MFA codes by email or SMS. ReFocus requires email-based MFA so codes can be forwarded.
➡️ If EZLynx MFA is set to SMS, update it in EZLynx to email delivery.
Step 4 — Set up MFA forwarding to ReFocus
In the inbox linked to the EZLynx user:
-
Create a rule to forward EZLynx MFA/security emails to:
➡️example: agency123-mfa@refocusai.com -
Save the rule
💡Some users don’t see MFA on every login. That’s expected.
Forwarding is still required because EZLynx may prompt MFA for first-time logins or security checks, and ReFocus must be able to complete that step automatically.
What happens next
✅ ReFocus will attempt login when needed
✅ MFA codes will route automatically (when triggered)
If MFA isn’t received, your Customer Success Manager will reach out with next steps.
