Providing Access to the EZLynx API

Learn how to quickly provide access to the EZLynx API during onboarding.

In order to learn about new customers and other transactions that occur in your EZLynx, ReFocus AI must be authorized as a connector.

During step one of connecting ReFocus AI with EZLynx, where you authenticate, you will need to send the following email to EZLynx customer support:

Hi EZLynx API Team,
I hope you're doing well. We'd like to request that ReFocus Al be added
as an integration partner to our EZLynx account so their system can
connect via your API.

Here are our account details for reference:
Agency Name: [Agency Name]
EZLynx Account ID (if known): [Account ID or N/A]
Primary Contact: [Name, Email, Phone]

Please let me know if there's any other specific form or authorization
process required to complete this setup.

You can copy their technical contact, support@refocusai.com, on your
reply for coordination.

  • We recommend cc'ing your customer success manager on the email
