System Requirements for Using ReFocus AI

This article outlines the supported platforms, browser requirements, and what’s coming soon for mobile and tablet users.

At ReFocus AI, we are committed to delivering a high-performance, intuitive, and secure experience for every agency user. To ensure optimal performance, it's important to use supported devices and browsers that meet our system requirements.

Supported Platforms

1. Desktop / PC (Fully Supported)

ReFocus AI is currently fully supported on desktop and laptop computers. This is the recommended environment for accessing the full functionality of the platform, including:

  • Automated remarketing

  • Real-time quoting

  • Interactive X-date reporting

  • Account monitoring and prioritization

  • Proposal generation via the Quote Builder

We recommend the following specifications for best performance:

Browser Requirements

ReFocus is a browser-based platform and requires a modern, up-to-date browser to ensure compatibility, security, and performance.

Recommended Browsers:

Mozilla Firefox Version 100+
Microsoft Edge Version 110+
Safari (macOS only) Version 15+
 

Note: Internet Explorer and outdated versions of any browser are not supported.

Browser Settings to Check:

  • JavaScript: Must be enabled (default in all supported browsers)

  • Cookies: First-party cookies must be enabled

  • Pop-ups: Should be allowed for *.refocusai.com

  • Extensions: Some browser extensions (e.g., ad blockers) may interfere with functionality—try disabling them if issues occur

Mobile & Tablet Support (Coming Soon)

We’re actively working on optimizing ReFocus for mobile and tablet use. While some features may load on mobile browsers today, we do not yet offer full support or a responsive UI tailored for handheld use.

What’s Coming:

  • Mobile-optimized dashboard interface

  • Streamlined account alerts & notifications

  • Native-like mobile navigation for ease of use on the go

We’re designing these experiences specifically for iOS and Android devices, and will begin rolling out mobile and tablet support in phases. Stay tuned for official release dates and beta access.

Other Technical Notes

  • Security: ReFocus AI uses HTTPS and industry-standard encryption for all connections. No downloads or local installations are required.

  • Session Management: For security reasons, idle sessions may be timed out after extended inactivity. Simply log back in to resume.

  • Integration Requirements: If you are using AMS integrations (e.g., EZLynx or HawkSoft), ensure your system permissions and credentials are up to date.
