Version 26.11 (June 03, 2026)
This release focuses on enhancing Bridge, improving visibility into remarketing workflows, and continuing to streamline the overall user experience.
What is New
Major Enhancements to Bridge
Following the launch of Bridge last sprint, we have introduced three significant improvements to make it even more powerful and easier to use.

1) Bridge Settings Page
We have added a dedicated Bridge settings page within the ReFocus AI portal. This page allows users to:
- Update their Chrome extension to the latest available version
- Enable or disable syncing data from Bridge back to ReFocus AI
- Enable or disable Data Enrichment
- Control whether Audit Details can be edited
These settings give agencies greater control over how Bridge operates within their workflows.
2) Sync Manually Entered Data
Bridge will now sync manually entered information back into ReFocus AI. This ensures that updates made while completing carrier forms are captured and available throughout the platform, reducing duplicate work and improving data consistency.
3) Faster Performance
We optimized Bridge to significantly reduce loading times, creating a faster and smoother experience for agents.
Improved Carrier Decline Visibility
When a carrier declines to quote, we now capture and display a screenshot of the page. This gives your team clear visibility into what happened and helps provide useful context as they move forward with their work.

Form Type Display on Remarketing Details
The detailed quote comparison view now displays the specific policy form type, such as HO-3, in addition to the general form type. This provides additional context and helps users quickly identify the type of policy being reviewed.

Coming Soon
User Roles and Granular Permissions
One of the most requested features is the ability to create roles, formally invite your team, and grant them access only to the data and parts of ReFocus they need to complete their tasks. This functionality is in active development and will be rolling out in the next month.
Enhancements and Bug Fixes
HawkSoft Data Quality Improvements
We improved how data is retrieved from HawkSoft by refining the extraction of primary insured information and household members. We also implemented logic to automatically remove duplicate household members, resulting in cleaner and more accurate data.
Property Address Visibility
The remarketing list page now displays property addresses for all property based policies. This makes it easier to identify specific properties, especially when policy holders own multiple locations.
New Home Policy Default Value
We added a default value of 5,000 for Medical Payments coverage on home policies. Since this is a commonly used value, it reduces manual entry and speeds up the quoting process.
We addressed several issues reported by customers, including:
- Certain values not being populated correctly by Bridge
- Filters occasionally not appearing on the remarketing list page
- Weekly Account Monitoring emails displaying incorrect counts
Known Issues
We are currently working on the following items:
- Risk level is not displayed on the portal for some customers
- Business rules are not always being applied to satisfy carrier required fields
- Certain address fields may be formatted incorrectly
