This release focuses on improving usability, giving more control, and increasing transparency across the platform.

What is New

Carrier Management Screen

We introduced a new carrier management experience that makes it easy to manage carriers in one place. In addition to viewing your organization’s carriers and adding new ones, this update introduces new functionality such as pausing or unpausing existing carriers and removing carriers as needed. This gives you full control over which carriers are active in your workflows.

Data Source Visibility in Audit Tab

We added color-coded labels in the Quote Review Audit tab to clearly show the source of each data field. No longer do you have to rely on memory from when you started the quote, or dig around in your AMS to find the source of truth.

With this update, it is now easy to understand where the data came from: the AMS, data enrichment, business rules, or manual entry. This builds confidence in the data and makes it easier to validate information.

Home Address Display on Remarketing List

For home policies, the remarketing list now displays the property address. This is especially useful when a policyholder has multiple homes, helping you quickly identify the correct policy.

Customer ID Visibility on Remarketing List

The customer ID is now displayed as it appears in your AMS on the remarketing list page. This makes it easier to cross-reference and identify the correct policyholder in your system.

Highlighting Missing or Invalid Fields

The Audit tab now clearly highlights missing or invalid fields. This helps you quickly identify data gaps and take action before running remarketing.

Dedicated Credential Enhancements

We added first and last name fields for dedicated credentials. This ensures that the required information is available when interacting with carrier systems, especially during password resets.

Quick Form Fill for Unsupported Carriers

We are working on a new feature that will let you quickly fill out forms on carrier websites that are not yet fully supported in ReFocus AI. This will help extend automation to more carriers and improve overall efficiency.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Clearer Coverage Information Messaging

Mercury requires a different primary driver assigned to each vehicle, which caused rare quoting issues when there were more vehicles than drivers on the account. Moving forward, when this happens, additional vehicles will have the driver set to 'Unassigned'.

We addressed several issues reported by customers, including:

  • Auto term length mismatch with incumbent policy
  • Issue claiming free credits when activating data enrichment
  • Duplicate business rules relating to Home Forms

Known Issues

We are currently working on the following items:

  • Renewal premium may be shown as the current premium in some cases
  • AMS tasks may not be created for customers at risk
  • Non-business email addresses may be blocked with an incorrect error message
