This release focuses on improving quote accuracy, strengthening data quality, and enhancing overall reliability and usability.

What is New

Two New Carriers Now Available for Quoting

We are excited to introduce Nationwide (Home & Auto) and Auto-Owners (Home & Auto) for automated remarketing. Both carriers are built on our new technology platform and consistently deliver quotes in under 10 minutes.

To start using them, go to Settings > Carriers and add them to your carrier list.

Foundational Work for Allstate Upgrade Completed

We have completed the groundwork to migrate Allstate to our new technology platform, enabling quoting in less than 10 minutes. This will be released in an upcoming sprint and will bring similar improvements in speed and reliability.

Upgraded EZLynx Integration for Renewal Data

We now retrieve renewal data directly through the EZLynx API. This includes policy details, premium information, coverage breakdowns, and related information. This replaces our previous method for retrieving this information and prevents unnecessary password resets. As a result, data retrieval is now faster and more reliable.

Enhanced Final Review Screen Experience

We made significant improvements to the final review screen to make it easier to review and manage data before remarketing.

Enhancements include grouping related fields, allowing users to copy repeated values, supporting dropdown selections, and adding a filter to quickly identify missing required fields. This ensures users have full visibility and control over the data being used.

Improved Automated Remarketing Experience

We improved the automated remarketing screen to make it more intuitive and easier to use. Updates include helpful tooltips that show data enrichment options only to customers who have it enabled, and allow users to quickly add conditions through a simple interface.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Enhanced Invoicing Transparency

Invoices now include additional details, including the number of accounts analyzed, the price per account, and any discounts applied. Discounts are also clearly visible within the portal, providing better transparency.

Clearer Coverage Messaging after Quoting

We improved how coverage information is displayed by replacing unclear placeholders with clear messages, such as ‘Not Offered’ when a carrier does not provide a specific coverage.

We addressed several issues reported by customers, including:

  • Customers in the AMS were occasionally missing in ReFocus
  • Images were not loading properly in certain scenarios
  • The CSR filter was not applying correctly on the remarketing list screen
  • Improved messaging when using the missing required fields filter on the final review screen

Known Issues

We are currently working on the following items:

  • Risk level may not display on the remarketing list screen for some customers
  • Renewal values may occasionally be missing on the list screen
  • Some carriers may not appear on the remarketing list screen in certain cases
