Version 26.13 (July 1, 2026)
This release includes continued progress on Renewal Hub, new capabilities for Bridge, and several enhancements that improve automation, data quality, and the overall user experience.
Coming Soon: Renewal Hub
We continue to make excellent progress on Renewal Hub, our upcoming solution for managing the complete renewal lifecycle within ReFocus AI.
Renewal Hub is designed to give agencies a centralized workspace to organize renewals, prioritize opportunities, and streamline renewal workflows. We are putting the finishing touches on this major capability and look forward to introducing it in an upcoming release.
What is New
Policy Compare AI Skill Now Available
We have built and published an open-source Policy Compare AI skill that works with popular AI assistants such as Claude, Codex, and GitHub Copilot.
Users can upload two insurance policies and receive a comprehensive comparison highlighting key differences in coverage, limits, deductibles, and other important details. This helps insurance professionals quickly evaluate policy options and make more informed recommendations for their clients.

More Efficient AMS Data Retrieval
We optimized how ReFocus AI interacts with Agency Management Systems to retrieve policy information. These improvements help ensure the right data is available when needed while improving overall performance and reliability.
Dedicated Credential Email Monitoring
We introduced monitoring for email accounts associated with dedicated carrier credentials. This helps ensure important communications from carriers are detected promptly, improving the reliability of automated workflows.
Foundation for Motorcycle Insurance
We completed the foundational work to support motorcycle insurance within ReFocus AI. This expands the platform for an additional line of business and prepares us for future carrier support.
Bridge Enhancements
We continued enhancing Bridge with several usability improvements.
Users can now search for clients using their customer ID, email address, or phone number, making it much faster to locate the correct customer.
We also improved compatibility with Progressive by resolving issues where Home policy fields were not being populated correctly and correcting how dates of birth are entered.
Faster Carrier Selection
We added a Select All option on the carrier selection screen for both Home and Auto remarketing. Users can now select all available carriers with a single click, rather than selecting each carrier individually, making the remarketing process much faster.

Improved Default Coverage Handling
We added a default value for Medical Payments coverage on Home policies. When this information is not available from the Agency Management System, ReFocus AI automatically applies the standard value, reducing manual entry while helping ensure successful quote retrieval.
Foundation for AMS Specific Filters
We completed the backend foundation for future AMS-specific filters, beginning with support for AMS360 Customer Notation.
This work enables ReFocus AI to securely retrieve and store agency-specific customer attributes from supported Agency Management Systems. It also establishes a flexible framework that will allow us to introduce additional AMS-specific filters in future releases without requiring major platform changes.
Enhancements and Bug Fixes
We resolved several issues reported by customers, including:
- The EZLynx tile was not clickable during onboarding
- Default values from Risk Engineering used instead of matching policy coverage in certain scenarios
- Microsoft OAuth authentication issues when logging into the Support Portal
Known Issues
We are currently working on the following items:
- Inviting a new user currently (incorrectly) requires a ReFocus email address
- The EZLynx email confirmation button should support multiple clicks when needed
- Searching by customer name on the Remarketing page may not work in some cases
