What is New
Introducing Renewal Hub
Renewal Hub is a workflow management solution built directly into ReFocus AI that gives your agency a structured, repeatable process for managing insurance renewals from start to finish.
Many agencies rely on spreadsheets, sticky notes, or separate CRM systems to manage renewals. As agencies grow, it becomes increasingly difficult to coordinate work, hand off accounts, and maintain visibility into the renewal pipeline. Renewal Hub brings the entire renewal process into ReFocus AI so every account has an owner, every stage has clearly defined work, and managers always have visibility into the status of every renewal.
The first release includes five core capabilities:
1. Playbook Builder
Create and publish renewal playbooks that define the stages and tasks your agency follows. Different playbooks can be created for Personal Lines, Commercial, VIP customers, or any workflow that fits your business.

2. Kanban Board View
Renewal cases are organized by stage in an intuitive board view. Each card displays key information such as customer name, policy type, renewal date, premium, risk level, and current task, making it easy to prioritize work at a glance.
3. Producer and Staff Task List
Each producer receives a personalized task list organized by overdue tasks, tasks due today, and upcoming work. Most tasks can be completed directly from this view, helping producers stay focused and productive throughout the day.
4. Case Details
Every renewal has a dedicated workspace that includes activity history, notes, quotes, stage history, and assigned tasks. Everything related to a renewal is available in one place.
5. Manager Dashboard
Managers gain a real-time view of the agency's renewal pipeline, making it easy to monitor workloads, identify bottlenecks, and quickly spot accounts that require attention.
Renewal Hub replaces the spreadsheets and manual tracking methods many agencies use today, providing a single place to manage the entire renewal lifecycle.

CLUE and MVR Reports Enabled
Support for CLUE and MVR reports is now available for the first group of carriers. This gives agencies quicker access to important underwriting information during the quoting process. Additional carriers will be added in upcoming releases.
This functionality is OFF by default and must be enabled by an admin with access to Risk Engineering.
You can turn this on under Settings > Risk Engineering for Home and Auto under Business Rules.
Expanded Search on the Remarketing List
Search capabilities on the Remarketing List have been expanded to include AMS ID and email address in addition to customer name. This makes it faster to locate specific customers and policies.
Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Safeco and Foremost Migration to NextGen Carrier Platform
The migration to our next-generation platform continues with Safeco and Foremost, currently in progress. Once completed, these carriers will return quotes in under 10 minutes and have CLUE and MVR support enabled.
Platform Reliability Tweaks
Platform stability remains a major focus. This release includes foundational improvements that strengthen reliability and create a more consistent experience across the platform. This initiative will continue over the coming releases.
Improved Onboarding Experience
The onboarding experience is now more intuitive with clearer and more helpful error messages. These improvements make it easier to understand setup issues and complete onboarding successfully.
We resolved several issues reported by customers, including:
- Inviting new users no longer requires a ReFocus email address
- Improved liability-only auto quoting accuracy
- Fixed customer name search on the Remarketing List
Known Issues
We are currently working on the following items:
- Typographical error in the support email displayed during EZLynx onboarding
- Auto and Home incumbent coverage terms are not always calculated correctly
