Version 26.10 (May 19, 2026)

This release introduces a powerful new tool to help agents work faster, along with several enhancements that improve data quality, visibility, and ease of use across the platform.

What is New

Meet Bridge: Quote Faster with Any Carrier

We’re introducing Bridge, a new Chrome extension that helps agents complete carrier quote forms faster using the data already available in ReFocus AI.

Bridge pulls from the customer, policy, and risk information ReFocus receives from your AMS. When an agent is working in a carrier portal, they can click Fill Info, and Bridge will detect available form fields and populate the form with the information ReFocus has available.

Bridge can also enhance the form completion process by using:

  • Data Enrichment to supplement missing information
  • Risk Engineering Rules to apply agency-specific quoting defaults and standards

Supported lines of business

  • Auto
  • Home
  • Dwelling Fire
  • Umbrella
  • Renters

What agents can do better with Bridge

  • Complete carrier quote forms faster
  • Reduce manual copying and pasting
  • Use AMS data already available in ReFocus
  • Augment missing information with Data Enrichment
  • Apply agency-specific Risk Engineering Rules
  • Quote carriers that are not yet directly supported in ReFocus AI
  • Save completed quotes back to ReFocus
  • Include saved Bridge quotes in Proposal Generator reports

Bridge is included by default in every ReFocus AI plan at no additional cost and will be available next week.

Guided Tours for Faster Adoption

We have added Guided Tours for key workflows, including onboarding and remarketing.

These interactive walkthroughs provide step-by-step guidance, helpful explanations, and the ability to move forward or backward through the process. Guided Tours help new and existing users learn features more quickly and confidently.

Carrier Required Fields Visibility

We now surface carrier-specific required fields during the review process.

This helps users identify missing information before remarketing begins, ensuring quote requests include the required data and improving quote success rates. Required fields are highlighted on the review screen, so users can validate information before submission.

Carrier Non-Renewal Visibility

We now display carrier non-renewal information on remarketing screens when it is available from the AMS.

This helps agents understand when an incumbent carrier has decided not to renew a policy and provides helpful context when evaluating remarketing opportunities.

Coming Soon

User Roles and Granular Permissions

One of the most requested features is the ability to create roles, formally invite your team, and grant them access only to the data and parts of ReFocus they need to complete their tasks. This functionality is in active development and will be rolling out in the next few months.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

We addressed several issues reported by customers, including:

  • AMS tasks for churn prediction workflows are now created successfully
  • Improved the clarity of the Start Remarketing error message
  • Fixed an issue where the renewal premium was displayed as the current premium in certain situations

Known Issues

We are currently working on the following items:

  • In some cases, inactive policies may appear in account monitoring files
  • Address information may occasionally be missing on the remarketing list page
  • Date of birth and driver’s license numbers may be unavailable in ReFocus while still appearing in EZLynx
  • Historical drivers may be pulled in from HawkSoft even though they are not on the current active policy
  • The primary applicant in ReFocus may differ from what appears in HawkSoft
