This release focuses on improving quote accuracy, strengthening data quality, and enhancing overall reliability and usability.

What is New

Allstate Now Available for Home and Auto

We have successfully released Allstate for both Home and Auto remarketing on our new technology platform. This widely used carrier is now available again, delivering sub-10-minute quoting and improved reliability.

Coming Soon: We are working on Geico Auto, which will be released in an upcoming sprint.

To start using Allstate, go to Settings > Carriers and add it to your carrier list.

Major Enhancements to Final Review Screen

We made several important improvements to the final review screen to give users more control and better visibility before submitting remarkets:

  • Ability to change the primary applicant
  • Option to copy address information from the primary applicant to other applicants
  • Email and phone number are now required to meet carrier requirements
  • Additional vehicles from data enrichment are shown in a suggested section
  • Ability to remove applicants from the quote
  • Automatic vehicle data retrieval when a VIN is entered

These updates make it easier to prepare accurate data and reduce the chances of errors during remarketing.

Deep Link and Quote ID Now Visible on Quote Tiles

We now display the quote ID directly on each quote tile, along with a deep link (when supported by the carrier) directly to the quote. This makes it easier to reference quotes on carrier websites when needed.

Improved Remarketing List Page Experience

The button to start remarketing is now always visible at the bottom of the remarketing list page, ensuring the Start Remarket action is clearly accessible. This helps users quickly understand the next step when they land on the page.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Clearer Coverage Information Messaging

When coverage details are unavailable in the agency management system, we now display a clear message instead of leaving the field blank. This provides better transparency and avoids confusion.

We addressed several issues reported by customers, including:

  • Users with Microsoft-based email addresses were not able to access the customer support portal
  • Issues with saving changes on the notifications screen
  • Risk reason not appearing on the remarketing list page

Known Issues

We are currently working on the following items:

  • Auto term length may not always match the incumbent policy
  • Page load issues in Mercury in certain multi-vehicle scenarios
  • Free credit-related errors during data enrichment activation
