What is New

Data Enrichment Now Available in Early Access 🎊

We are excited to launch the Data Enrichment feature. It is currently available in early access to a select group of customers and will be rolled out more broadly in the coming weeks.

This feature helps address situations where insured data is missing or incomplete in the agency management system. Customers can configure their preferences directly in the portal and begin using enrichment to improve quote quality and reduce manual data entry.

Progressive Moved to New Technology Platform

Progressive (Home and Auto) is now running on our new technology platform. This upgrade delivers significantly faster quote turnaround times and improved reliability. Customers should notice quicker responses and more consistent performance when quoting with Progressive.

Upcoming Improvement: We will continue to transition all of our carriers to the new technology platform over the next two quarters to enable sub-20-minute quoting.

Simplified EZLynx Onboarding Flow

We enhanced the EZLynx onboarding experience by clearly outlining the steps customers need to complete. These improvements make it easier for agencies to self-onboard and complete the setup process with confidence.

Bundled Policy Visibility for MomentumAmp

For agencies using MomentumAMP, bundled policies are now visible on the remarketing list. This makes it easier to identify which policies are bundled and manage them more effectively.

Upcoming Improvement: We are actively updating our intergatgion with EZLynx, Applied EPIC, Hawksoft, AMS360, and QQCatalyst to also support bundled policies.

Enhancements and Fixes

Expanded Business Rules and Default Values

As we continue working closely with carrier workflows, we have added new business rules for Home and refined default values where needed:

  1. Home Residence Ownership
  2. Home Residence Type
     
  3. Hail Resistant Roof
     
  4. Default Home Form
     

These updates make policy retrieval more robust and improve overall quote reliability.

Release Notes Now Available in the Portal

You can now access release notes directly within the ReFocus AI web portal through the new Release Notes link in the left navigation. This makes it easier to stay informed about product updates.

Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements

We resolved several customer-reported issues to improve overall platform stability and performance.

Known Issues

  • Some personal auto policies that are liability only are incorrectly getting quotes with comprehensive coverage.
  • Account monitoring risk levels are not being shown on the remarketing list page
