What is New
Automatic Remarketing
We are excited to introduce Automatic Remarketing. You can now set conditions such as days before expiration, premium increase, line of business, risk level, and premium range.

Each week, the system evaluates your policies against these conditions and automatically triggers remarketing when the criteria are met. This greatly reduces manual effort while still allowing you to run remarketing manually whenever needed.
Full Data Visibility Before Remarketing
We now offer a final review screen before remarketing starts. Before this update, it was hard to confirm the data used for quoting and its source (AMS, Business Rule, Default Value, or Data Enrichment). Now, you can review and update any field before moving forward. This provides full control and helps minimize errors from missing or wrong information.

Proposal Generator with PDF and CSV Downloads
The proposal generator is now available with support for both PDF and CSV formats. These files include detailed quote information and can be easily shared with policyholders. This feature makes it simpler to present options and support your sales conversations.

VIN Verification with NHTSA Integration [New FREE Data Source]
We added VIN verification with NHTSA data. This helps ensure vehicle identification numbers are accurate before requesting quotes, which improves reliability and reduces errors.
Carrier Plan Selection
You can now choose specific carrier plans like Basic or Essential when requesting quotes. This helps you better match coverage options with your client’s needs and compare prices more effectively.
Renewal Offer Visibility on Remarketing Screen [All AMSs]
Renewal offer details are now shown directly on the remarket list page. You can view the renewal premium along with the percentage change compared to the current policy. This allows you to quickly identify policies that could benefit from remarketing.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Improved EZLynx Data Integration
We have enhanced how we retrieve data from EZLynx by using their API instead of logging into the portal. This simplifies the process and improves data-fetching reliability for remarketing.
We addressed several issues reported by customers, including:
- More helpful and clear error messages
- Ensured dates displayed consistently
- Fixed occasional access issues for endorsements
- Updated breadcrumb navigation so you always know where you are
Known Issues
We are currently working on the following items:
- Some renewal dates may not display in certain cases
- Carrier names may occasionally be missing on the remarketing list screen
