This release focuses on improving quote accuracy, strengthening data quality, and enhancing overall reliability and usability.
What is New
Ticketing Portal is Now Live
Customers let us know they could not access their support tickets after submitting them. We have launched our new ticketing center, which can be accessed by clicking on the ‘Get Help’ button on the bottom left of the ReFocus platform.

Now you can open new tickets, view all the tickets your team has opened, and respond easily.
Stronger Risk Engineering Rules
We have enhanced the Risk Engineering module with additional business rules that help ensure accurate and complete quotes. These include:
- Running CLUE reports by default (on by default)
- Running MVR reports by default (off by default)
- Allowing users to select preferred payment terms, such as six-month or annual plans.

These rules help ensure the correct information is used before requesting quotes from carriers.
Data Validation Before Remarketing
In many cases, data coming from agency management systems may be missing or incorrectly formatted. We have added validation checks to ensure the data is accurate before a remarketing campaign starts. This helps prevent failures and improves the quality of the quotes returned.
Improved Messaging and Clarity in the User Interface
We added clearer and more helpful messages throughout the application to improve the user experience. This includes breadcrumbs that clearly indicate whether an Applied Epic integration uses an API or a non-API setup. We also show meaningful messages on the quote details screen when no suitable carrier is available.
Improved Reliability Across Carrier Workflows
We strengthened the product by testing and fixing navigation-related issues across many of the carriers we support. This helps ensure smoother and more reliable remarketing workflows. This testing will continue as we expand and enhance carrier support.
Faster and More Efficient Quote Processing
We optimized how the system processes requests to respond faster while remaining efficient. This improvement helps deliver results more quickly without compromising reliability.
Enhanced EZLynx Onboarding
We added username and password fields to the EZLynx onboarding flow on the portal. This ensures we have the required information to run remarketing for EZLynx customers successfully.
