What is New
Faster Access to Quotes with ContinuousRemarketing View
We have significantly improved how remarketing results are displayed. As soon as quotes start coming back from carriers, the remarketing details screen becomes available. Quotes appear one by one as they are received. Any quotes still in progress are clearly marked as “Remarketing Underway.” This gives you immediate visibility, rather than waiting for all quotes to complete.

Carrier Selection at the Start of Remarketing
When remarketing begins, you will now see a carrier selection screen that lists the carriers available for the selected insured. You can select which carriers to include, up to the maximum limit configured for your agency. This gives you more control and transparency before remarketing starts.

Accessing the Support Portal (Supports Google AND Microsoft Emails)
You can now access the ReFocus Support Portal directly from the ReFocus AI web portal via single sign-on. This eliminates the need to log in separately and makes switching between systems easier.
Quote Timestamp Visibility
Each quote tile now displays the time when the quote was fetched. This helps you understand how recent the quote is at a glance.

Clear Decline Reasons on Quote Tiles
When a carrier declines a quote, the reason for the decline is now displayed directly on the quote tile. This helps you quickly understand why a quote was not available without digging into details.

Improved Vehicle Name Quality
Vehicle names from carriers and agency management systems sometimes contained spelling errors or inconsistencies. We added a correction layer to clean up and standardize vehicle names, making them easier to read and understand.
New York Central Mutual (HO-3) is now available
We are pleased to share our newest carrier, NYCM (HO-3)! If a new market wasn’t exciting enough, this carrier was built on our new technology layer, resulting in much faster turnaround times (<15 minutes). Based on this success, we plan to expand this improvement to additional carriers.
Upcoming Improvement: We are adding Personal Auto for NYCM, and this functionality will be available shortly.
