Version 25.16 (June 16, 2025)

This sprint marks the public beta release of Automated Remarketing, a new Billing Center, and activity creation in Applied Epic when an account is flagged as at risk. We also shipped key bug fixes and reliability improvements. 

New Features

Automated Remarketing (Beta)

You can now initiate personal home and auto remarkets from the ReFocus web portal.

  • Upcoming renewal policies renewing in the next 60 days will show in the Remarkets page

  • You select which ones to remarket

  • ReFocus pulls the latest details from your AMS and completes quotes with supported carriers

Launch Schedule:

  • EZLynx → Live Monday, June 16

  • AMS360 → Live Thursday, June 19

Carriers supported at launch:

  • Safeco

  • National General (NatGen)

  • More coming very soon: Travelers, Progressive, Nationwide, Hanover, and Allstate, with many more in the pipeline

Additional AMS support also underway:

  • Support for additional AMSs like HawkSoft and Applied Epic is actively in development.

Known Issues in the Beta

  • Missing coverage or endorsement values: Sometimes the current carrier card may not display coverage amounts due to incomplete data extraction from the AMS.

  • Labeling bugs: In some cases, dollar values may appear with incorrect % labels.

  • Renewal Data Unavailable: We have a placeholder in the UI to show renewal data from the current carrier. This will be coming in a future enhancement. 
  • Duplicate Current Carrier Display: In some cases, the current carrier may appear twice, once as the current policy and once as if we quoted them.

  • Form-fill accuracy: Our tech may occasionally input incorrect info while filling a carrier’s quote form. During the beta, we encourage you to review quotes carefully to confirm accuracy. We're actively working to make the system more and more accurate.

  • Number of accounts analyzed

  • Remaining remarketing quota

Applied Epic – Activity Creation

ReFocus can now create activities in Applied Epic when an account is flagged as at-risk of cancellation.

Bug Fixes

  • Improved error handling when CRM credentials fail.

Important Notes

  • Automated Remarketing is in beta. We’ll continue making frequent updates during this phase.

  • EZLynx support launched Monday 6/16. AMS360 goes live Thursday 6/19.
