# Version 25.18 (July 14, 2025)

## This release expands carrier support, introduces new carrier credential management, improves MFA handling, and delivers several bug fixes across onboarding, quoting, and weekly emails.

### New Features

#### Expanded Carrier Support

- Progressive Home added (joining Progressive Auto)
- Hanover
- Foremost Signature

#### Carrier Credential Management

- Users can now enter and manage carrier credentials directly in the ReFocus portal
- Agencies can specify which lines of business and states to activate for quoting

#### Expanded Customer Visibility (EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360)

- Agencies using EZLynx, HawkSoft or AMS360 can now see all active customers with home/auto policies on the Remarkets page
- Previously limited to policies renewing within 60 days

### Improvements

- UI cleanup across the app:
  
    - Fixed text overflow issues
    - Improved capitalization consistency
    - Polished field labels and terminology in HawkSoft onboarding

---

### Bug Fixes

- Weekly account monitoring results now consistently display for all users
- Fixed broken link in weekly ROI email for certain customers
- Resolved issue where last names were not shown on the Remarkets page
- Fixed unclear form behavior during HawkSoft onboarding
