WHAT'S NEW: SMS-Based MFA Support
In addition to email-based MFA handling, ReFocus now supports SMS-based multi-factor authentication.

This number can be used for MFA on carrier and AMS systems.

Result: Quote retrieval workflows are now more reliable and fully automated, reducing manual intervention.

QQ Catalyst Integration for Remarketing:
Remarketing is now available for agencies running on QQ Catalyst.

Applied Epic Document Access:
We’ve begun building the capability to access and extract data from declaration pages and documents within Applied Epic.

Billing Portal Go-Live Date:
We’re excited to announce that the billing portal will officially go live in late October.
