# Version 25.23 (September 22, 2025)
## This sprint delivers new functionality, adds support for new carriers, and introduces several bug fixes and optimizations across remarketing.
##### **WHAT'S NEW: SMS-Based MFA Support**
In addition to email-based MFA handling, ReFocus now supports **SMS-based multi-factor authentication**.
- - Each agency is assigned a **dedicated phone number**.
- This number can be used for MFA on carrier and AMS systems.
- Result: Quote retrieval workflows are now **more reliable and fully automated**, reducing manual intervention.
#### **QQ Catalyst Integration for Remarketing:**
Remarketing is now available for agencies running on **QQ Catalyst**.
- Agencies using QQ Catalyst can seamlessly incorporate ReFocus into their retention workflows.
- This integration ensures remarketing can be scaled without disruption to your existing servicing process.
#### **Applied Epic Document Access:**
We’ve begun building the capability to **access and extract data from declaration pages and documents within Applied Epic**.
- This foundational work will make it easier to use the information already in your system.
- It paves the way for future features that will further **streamline quoting and remarketing**.
#### **Billing Portal Go-Live Date:**
We’re excited to announce that the **billing portal will officially go live in late October**.
- This will give agencies the ability to **view and manage invoices directly inside ReFocus**.
- The goal is to create a **single hub for renewals, remarketing, account monitoring, and billing**, simplifying your workflows and eliminating the need to manage billing outside the platform.
#### **Expanded Carrier Support:**
You now have access to more carriers directly in ReFocus, including:
- Kemper
- American Integrity
- Security First
- Assurance America
- Gainsco
- Monarch National

#### **Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements**
We’ve resolved several issues reported by customers to strengthen system performance and ensure a smoother experience.
