What’s New
Momentum Amp Integration
ReFocus AI now integrates with the Momentum Amp Agency Management System (AMS) enabling agencies on Momentum Amp to connect seamlessly and leverage our remarketing and automation workflows.
Smarter Error Handling During Remarketing
We’ve addressed several common errors that previously appeared as system issues. These now display clear, actionable messages so you can quickly resolve them:
- Invalid Credentials: When carrier credentials change, the system now flags it clearly and provides a way to update them directly from the portal.
- Missing MFA Codes: When MFA codes fail to come through, a clear message is shown in the UI so you can take corrective action and resume workflows smoothly.
Retry Failed Quotes Individually
You can now remarket failed quotes individually without rerunning successful ones, saving time and improving workflow efficiency.
Required Field Validation for States
Agent codes are now prompted only when required for a specific state, reducing unnecessary data entry and simplifying the remarketing process.
Highlighting Missing Required Fields
On the Remarket Listing Page, any policyholder missing required fields is now clearly marked as “Missing required fields.” This allows agents to complete data before triggering remarketing, improving success rates and quote accuracy.
Applied Epic Report Fetching
We can now fetch reports directly from Applied Epic, even for customers without direct API access. This makes it easier to access and utilize your Epic data within ReFocus.
Billing Module Ready for Use
The new billing module is now live streamlining invoicing and payments while eliminating manual effort.
Performance Optimization
We’ve optimized our infrastructure for better speed and reliability providing faster quote generation and improved overall performance.
Bug Fixes & UI Enhancements
We’ve resolved several customer-reported issues, including improved input validation, clearer data entry guidance, and more meaningful feedback messages when actions are taken.
