# Version 25.26 (Nov 5, 2025)
## We’re excited to share the latest product updates from our most recent sprint! This release focuses on Quote Accuracy, Risk Engineering Rules and MFA notifications.
### **What’s New**
**Risk Engineering Rules Now Available**
We’ve launched the new **Risk Engineering** feature, bringing a powerful set of business rules to help ensure quote accuracy and compliance.
- Rules are organized into **General, Home, and Auto** categories.
- Customers can **modify parameters**, such as setting wind or hail deductible percentages.
- The rules are **predefined (out-of-the-box)** and can be **searched, enabled, or disabled** as needed.
This new feature helps ensure that data entered for quotes is complete, consistent, and aligned with your business requirements.
**Improved Error Handling During Remarketing**
We’ve strengthened how ReFocus handles different issues Intelliagent may encounter while running remarketing workflows:
- **Carrier Website Maintenance:** If a carrier’s site is temporarily down for maintenance, we now display a clear message on the UI. You can retry once the site is back online.
- **LLM Throttling:** When our AI systems are temporarily restricted from processing additional requests, you’ll now see a helpful message explaining the delay.
- **Carrier Server Errors:** If a carrier’s system experiences a server issue, a friendly message will appear so you know the issue is external and can retry later.
- **Carrier Site Navigation or Field Input Errors:** If Intelliagent cannot complete navigation or form entry, you’ll now see a clear message prompting you to contact Customer Success for assistance.
**Quote Accuracy Assessment (Internal Monitoring)**
We’ve introduced a new internal formula that helps our team **measure and improve the accuracy of quotes** returned from carriers. This ensures we can continue refining and enhancing results for all customers.
**UI and Usability Enhancements**
- **Cleaner Formatting:** Coverage names and similar items now display with improved formatting for a clearer, more polished look.
- **Collapsible Right Navigation:** On the remarket details page, the right-hand navigation panel can now be collapsed, giving you more space to view the main content.
**Improved MFA Notification Emails**
When MFA codes are not received by our system, the **notification email now includes the email address and timestamp** where the code was sent. This helps your team troubleshoot faster and with more context.
