We’re excited to share the latest product updates from our most recent sprint! This release focuses on Quote Accuracy.

What is New

Significant Improvement in Quote Accuracy

We have completed extensive testing on 17 of the most widely used carriers including Progressive, Natgen, Allstate, Travelers, Mercury, and Safeco. Our goal was to stabilize the quoting experience across common use cases.

To achieve this, we upgraded our infrastructure, introduced newer versions of our AI models, improved several software components, and added human review at strategic points to help our AI service improve.

As a result, we are now consistently receiving accurate and reliable quotes across these key carriers.

Clearer and More Helpful Error Messages

We improved how errors are displayed so users can quickly understand the cause and next steps.

For example, if a carrier website is down for maintenance or becomes unresponsive, the system now shows a clear message and explains what the user can do next instead of showing a generic error.

Better Management of Missing Required Fields

We enhanced the missing required fields page so users have better control over the information they enter.

For example, if a user added an extra VIN field by mistake, they can now easily remove it.

Ability to Choose Between Dedicated or Shared Credentials

We added a simple option that shows whether the carrier credentials provided are dedicated or shared. This helps users understand how their login information is being used within the system.

Bug Fixes and Small Improvements

We addressed several issues that were reported by customers. These include:

• Fixing the email template for MFA notifications which was not rendering correctly in some cases

• Resolving issues on the task assignment screen in the customer onboarding flow
