What is New
Carrier Specific Business Rules Now Available
We have introduced a new set of business rules that are specific to each carrier. Every carrier uses its own guidelines to determine coverages and premiums. These rules are now visible on the portal. This helps ensure that the information we send to each carrier is correct which results in receiving the best possible quotes.
Default Values for Missing Form Fields
Some information like user phone numbers or email addresses is sometimes missing in the AMS. To avoid delays and interruptions in the quote process, agencies can now set default values for these fields directly on the web portal. This helps keep the quote process moving when key information is not available.

Faster and More Reliable Framework for Quoting
We have moved part of our system to a new open source framework that is much faster and more stable. With this improvement, customers will experience quicker turnaround times for quotes and more consistent results.
Better and More Accurate Quotes
We refined how our system interprets and prepares information before it is sent to carriers. This work has resulted in noticeably better quote accuracy across the board. The focus has been on improving how the system understands the information it receives and how it prepares it for the carriers.
Live and Beta Carrier Indicators on Settings Page
To set clear expectations for our customers, the settings page now shows which carriers are live and which ones are in beta. Live carriers provide very high performance. Beta carriers are still being improved and may have more variation in results.
Automatic Retry for Carrier Errors
When a carrier website is temporarily unavailable such as during maintenance windows the system now automatically retries the request after a short time. This removes the need for customers to retry manually and leads to smoother workflows with less interruption.
User Interface Enhancements
We continue to make improvements across the interface to provide a cleaner and smoother experience throughout the platform.
Bug Fixes
We resolved several customer reported issues to ensure better stability and more predictable behavior across the application.
