Version 26.15 (July 28, 2026)
This release adds native email connectivity, brings our first two carriers fully onto the next generation platform, and gives your team more control over which accounts flow into ReFocus AI.
Native Email Integration
Connect your own email account to ReFocus AI.
You can now connect your Google or Microsoft email account directly to ReFocus AI using secure OAuth sign in. Once connected, remarketing communication goes out from your own address rather than a generic sender, which improves deliverability and gives your customers a familiar name in their inbox.
The first release includes:
Provider Selection and Connect
Choose your email provider and authorize the connection in a few clicks. No passwords are stored or shared with ReFocus AI.
Connection Status
See at a glance whether your email account is connected, needs re-authorization, or has been disconnected.
Disconnect and Revoke
Disconnect your email account at any time. Access is revoked immediately on the provider side.
Secure Token Handling
Authorization tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically in the background, so connections stay active without repeated sign ins.
Client Tiers and Exclusion Filters
You can now define your own client tiers and exclusion rules that mirror the segmentation already in your AMS, and apply them to control which accounts are eligible for remarketing. For Hawksoft agencies, tag based filtering is also now supported, so accounts carrying specific tags can be included or excluded automatically.

Next Generation Carrier Platform
Safeco and Foremost are now live on our next generation carrier platform for Home remarketing. Both carriers benefit from faster quote retrieval and more consistent results. Travelers and Mercury are next in the migration.
Renewal Hub Improvements
Following the launch of Renewal Hub in the last release, this release includes end to end validation and a round of fixes across Playbook Builder, case handling, and package policy display.
Quoting Accuracy and Coverage Defaults
Several improvements to how we build quotes:
- Coverage A now defaults from the incumbent policy value rather than a fixed assumption
- Effective dates more than 60 days out are automatically retried across a range of shorter windows to find a bindable option
- Effective dates are corrected before remarketing when the expiration date on file is misaligned
- Quotes now clearly call out when we do not quote with the incumbent carrier
- Nationwide Home and Auto support expanded with new fields and a new California form
Task Automation in Your AMS
Task creation is now automated for Hawksoft, and AMS360 task creation now uses a defined list of task types instead of free text, which keeps activity records consistent and searchable.
Bug Fixes
This release also includes several customer reported fixes, including:
- Corrected the support email address shown during EZLynx onboarding
- Auto and Home incumbent coverage terms now calculate correctly
- Package policies no longer display aggregate numbers on individual policy records in Renewal Hub
- PO Box addresses are now validated on the Final Review screen
- Fixes to Playbook Builder in Renewal Hub
Known Issues
The following issues are currently being addressed:
- CSV export from the Remarketing List returns the wrong file format
- Renewal premium is not always populated for Hawksoft accounts
- Default values are not applied correctly when the AMS returns blank values during data enrichment
