What is New
Proposal Generator First Version Available
We are excited to introduce the first version of the Proposal Generator. Insurance agents can now select which carrier quotes to share via a simple pop-up and generate a single PDF that consolidates them. This PDF can then be sent directly to clients, making it easier to present options clearly and professionally.

New York Central Mutual (NYCM) Now Live with Very Fast Quotes
NYCM is now live in production for both Auto and Home, including support for APlus reports. This carrier is built on our new technology platform and can now return quotes in approximately ten minutes. This is a major improvement in speed, delivering significantly faster results for your workflows.
Upcoming Improvement: We will transition all of our carriers to the new technology platform over the next two quarters to enable sub-20-minute quoting.

Improved Onboarding Experience for New Users
Multiple backend processes for customer onboarding have been automated, ensuring new users receive their initial Account Monitoring Insights faster.

What’s Next (Coming soon)
Data Enrichment Module Foundations Completed
The foundational work for the upcoming Data Enrichment module is complete, and we are putting the final touches on it before releasing it in the next ~2 weeks. This includes integrations with Precisely and Fenris to support the enrichment of Auto and Home data.

We also implemented the settings and setup screens, enabling agencies to sign up and set their preferences. This feature, scheduled for release in the upcoming sprint, will help gather missing insured details and improve quote accuracy.
Enhancements and Fixes
Clearer Messaging for Invalid Credentials
We improved the messages shown when invalid credentials are detected. Customers now receive specific, helpful guidance to resolve issues quickly.
Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements
We fixed several customer-reported issues, including the portal requiring double login and default values not being applied correctly in some scenarios.
Known Issues
- Data extraction for multiple vehicles after a successful quote may fail, leaving a gap where the missed vehicle should be.
- Renters (HO-4) are getting improperly quoted as HO-3 due to the Home form type set as HO-3 in the AMS data.
- Occasionally, an agent or agency will request a quote from a carrier they are not licensed with at the state level, causing an improper ‘Navigation’ issue error message to appear.
