What is Renewal Hub?
Renewal Hub is ReFocus AI's workflow management tool for insurance renewals. It gives your agency a structured, repeatable process for managing every customer account from the moment it is flagged for retention work through to a final outcome.
Rather than tracking renewal activity in spreadsheets or a separate documents, your team works the entire renewal pipeline inside ReFocus, alongside the churn predictions and remarketing tools you already use.
Who uses Renewal Hub?
Renewal Hub has two primary users:
- Agency owners and managers build and maintain the renewal workflow, assign work to producers, and monitor pipeline performance.
- Producers and account managers work their assigned renewal cases day to day.
Key concepts
Playbook. A reusable workflow template that defines the stages and steps your agency follows for each renewal. You build the playbook once and it runs automatically for every account that qualifies.
Case. A single renewal engagement for a customer. When an account meets your entry conditions, a case is opened and assigned to a producer. The producer works the case through the playbook stages until a renewal outcome is recorded.
Stage. A phase in the renewal workflow. Each stage appears as a column on the Kanban board. Examples include Pre-Quote Work, Market Review, and Client Presentation.
Step. A unit of work within a stage. Steps can be manual tasks for producers, automated actions (such as triggering IntelliAgent remarketing), wait periods, or notifications.
Where to find it
Renewal Hub is accessible from the left navigation bar inside the ReFocus portal. Agency owners and managers land on the manager dashboard. Producers land on their personal task list.

Note: Renewal Hub must be enabled for your agency by your ReFocus administrator before it appears in the navigation.
